HR Service Jobs is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Remote Transcriptionist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to audio and video recordings and accurately transcribe content into written documents.

  • Review and edit transcripts for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and formatting consistency.

  • Ensure timely delivery of transcription projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information and sensitive data.

  • Collaborate with team leads or project managers to clarify unclear content and resolve discrepancies.

  • Apply industry-specific terminology appropriately when handling medical, legal, or technical transcription tasks.

  • Continuously improve transcription skills and stay updated on transcription software and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of the English language, with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.

  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, capable of understanding various accents.

  • Fast and accurate typing skills, ideally with a typing speed of 60 WPM or higher.

  • Familiarity with transcription software, foot pedals, and digital audio players is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus over extended periods.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Google Docs, and email communication).

Experience:

  • Previous experience in transcription, data entry, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
